7-Day Return/Replacement/Refund Policy for finflexinfra.net
At Finflex Infra, we are committed to ensuring your
satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely
happy with your jewelry or perfume, we offer a 7-day return, replacement, or
refund policy, subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility
for Return/Replacement/Refund:
- You
must initiate the return, replacement, or refund request within 7 days of
receiving the product.
- The
product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including
all packaging, tags, and documentation.
- Perfumes
should not be opened or used, and jewelry should not show signs of wear
or damage.
- Conditions
for Return/Replacement:
- Defective
or Damaged Products: If your product is defective, damaged, or
does not meet the description on the website, you are eligible for a
replacement or refund. (Damaged and defective products replacement will
be done within 5-7 business days.)
- Wrong
Item Received: If you receive the wrong product, please contact
us within 24 hours of receiving your order, so we can arrange a
replacement within 2-3 business days.
- Non-Eligible
Products:
- Products
that are personalized or customized are not eligible for return,
replacement, or refund.
- Any
items that show signs of use, wear, or damage are not eligible for a
return or refund.
- Perfumes
that have been opened or used will not be accepted for return.
- Return
Process:
- To
initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at finflexinfra@gmail.com within 7
days of receiving your order.
- You
will be required to provide the order number, product details, and any
supporting images of the issue (if applicable).
- Once
your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on
how to send the product back to us. The return shipping costs will be
covered by Finflex Infra if the product is defective or damaged.
- Refund
Process:
- If
refund is approved amount will be credited to customers customer's in 5-7
working days.
- Refunds
will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is
due to a defect or mistake on our part.
- Replacement
Process:
- If
you choose a replacement, we will send you a new product once the
original item is received and inspected. If the product is out of stock,
we will issue a refund.
